Last Tribute to Winter
I am sure that when I am in the heat of July and August, I will yearn for cold days like the ones shown in these photos.
I took the photo on the left one Sunday morning right after it had snowed.
I took the photo on the left while I was up north a little bit.
Winter is not my favorite season, although in high school I used to love it because we would often get out of school on snow days. Now I think autumn is my favorite.

Trying to Wear Down the Battery!
I was trying to wear down the battery on my Kodak Digital Camera, a battery which is darn tough to use up! That is a good thing. However, I have to take some photos at a school event tonight so I wanted to recharge it to make sure I had plenty of juice. This is a random photo I took yesterday morning. It is mama of Mama's family, played by Vicki Lawrence. I have been watching this show from 6:30-7:00 as I get ready in the mornings.

Spotlight on Zoe
Yes, I take a lot of photos of my cats. Maybe it is because I am bored, or because they are constantly around, or perhaps it is because they are cute. I have always liked animals, and was raised with pets all my life.
On the left Zoe is sleeping on a chair after a long day of doing nothing. It was cold that day andthe furnace grate was right below the chair, so I bent down and took this photo (and got warm!). She was so tired the flash barely affected her.
The photo on the right is Jennifer, Carmel, and I playing with Zoe. I believe Jennifer was dangling a string while Carmel and I snapped photos. She is sitting in the container that my brother's computer speakers came in! You can say what she want, but she was entertained, and so were the humans involved!

A Picture is Worth a 1000 Words
A Picture is worth a thousand words, or as it may be said in Latin, Mille verba imago dicit. I hope you enjoy this photo blog. I don't plan on posting photos that are anything special, beyond what is special in my ordinary life. Personally, I like looking at photos of people's everyday lives. These photos will reflect my everyday life.
The photo on the left is of my cat Bob. Notice that the Forsythias are in bloom.
